The DX140LC-5 model sets a new benchmark for this class of excavator worldwide, providing greatly improved performance compared to the previous ‘LC-3’ Stage IIIB model.The improved performance of the DX140LC-5 includes a 5% increase in engine power and 4% greater torque.
In addition, lifting capacity has been increased on average by 10% and side capacities are 12.5% higher. Complementing these figures, the fuel consumption in the DX140LC-5 has been lowered by 3% compared to the previous generation machine.The features offered as standard in the operator’s cab in the DX140LC-5 are among the best in the market. Already excelling in spaciousness and ergonomics, the new cab has been further refined for outstanding operator comfort and ease of operation. A side-view camera is available as an option and the control panel allows the views from both the rear and side view cameras to be combined on the same screen, simply by pressing a button on the control panel
